Free movies!

I know almost all of us like to get comfy on our couches and watch movies, but that can get expensive. Going to Blockbuster for like $4.00 a movie is not good, or spending $20.00 a month for Nexflix isn't good for the finances either. Well, you can now put that money in your pocket. Go to the library! WTF!?! THE LIBRARY? Yes, the library has a lot of good movies for you to choose from, and renting them is free (as long as you return the movies on time). I recommend going to the Mission Valley Branch Library at 2123 Fenton Parkway, San Diego, CA 92108-4739 (858) 573-5007, also the North Park Branch Library 3795 31st St., San Diego, CA 92104-3720 (619) 533-3972 these two locations have really good selections. After doing more research, it seems that happy hours are the way to go if you want to eat and drink, but NOT break the bank! Think about it, you get good food and cool drinks at a fraction of the normal price...it's a win-win foe you and your friends! Come to L&L Hawaiian BBQ!

I work at the L&L Hawaiian Barbecue on the corner of National Avenue and 28th Street in San Diego. We have delicious food at good prices seven days a week, but come on Tuesdays and Fridays for the best deals. On Tuesday is our Fish Taco day where our yummy Fish Tacos are $1.25 all day. I'm a romantic at heart. I'm still waiting for my prince charming...anyways, back to the blog, hehe. Well, one idea is having a romantic picnic on top of Mt. Helix. It's the perfect spot. Once you guys are on top of the mountain, you'll have a wonderful 360 degree view of San Diego. Just bring your favorite foods, and enjoy each others company.
